MVB-Consulting Founder Profile: Marinus van Beugen
Marinus
van Beugen, graduated in Social Psychology after writing his dissertation about
theories of planned change. Marinus van Beugen got a position as Professor (ordinarius) at the
Groningen University and later the Nijmegen University (both in the Netherlands).
His field: Applied Behavioral Science, with specialization in organizational
change.
Marinus van Beugen was project manager with consultancy tasks in Human Resources and Organisation
Development in Kazakhstan and Egypt and has as well experience in teaching Organisational
Behavior in MBA-programmes in China, Egypt, Singapore, Indonesia, Malta from
1993 - 2002.
Prof. Dr. van Beugen is Dean of the Business School Nederland (BSN) and Dean-director
of the Center for International Doctorate Studies (CIDS)). Marinus van Beugen developed the
first Dutch language DBA programme, and the CIDS Coaching Programme for students
from foreign countries who are competent to do research on a level that can
be awarded with a Ph.D. degree at a Western university.
